Unicity MSS

Versatile signature configuration

Adobe PDF, PAdES, CMS, CAdES, XMLDsig, XAdES, detached, attached, enveloping, with or without timestamps or options, with co-signatures or countersignatures, etc... whatever the signature you wish to produce, Unicity MSS can do it!

Multiple keys, multiple signers, multiple formats

Within a signature service, a signature key is linked to its signature environment:

  • The signature certificate and the associated certificate chain.
  • A signature profile compliant with advanced signature standards CAdES, XAdES ou PAdES, with signature generating rules and a signature policy if defined.
  • The cryptographic signature algorithms.

Unicity MSS allows you to manage several signing keys that can be associated to different signers, each of which manages its own signature format. Each signer can have its own access control permissions.

Advanced and qualified signature support

You can configure Unicity MSS to produce advanced signatures compliant with the EU 1999/93/EC Directive.

If your certificates are qualified, your signatures will be too!

External signature mode

Because we also want to make expert users happy, Unicity MSS features an "external" signature mode, where Unicity MSS will take care of all the subtle details regarding the preparation and the finalization of your CAdES, XAdES or PAdES signature formats.

You just need to perform the "raw" digital signature thanks to CUTE, the key being stored for instance on a user's smartcard or on a mobile phone.

This mode allows end-users to generate signatures with their own key in an advanced format, without knowing it.
