Julien Stern, CEO and co-founder
Julien created Cryptolog in 2001 with two associates. He is today the managing director.
Before starting this adventure, he carried out research in cryptology for several large companies, including IBM, AT&T, Intertrust and Lucent Technologies. Graduate from ENS Lyon, he has a PhD in cryptology from the universities of Paris XI (Orsay) and Louvain-la-Neuve, and maintains close ties with the scientific communicity. Having published numerous papers in both theoretical and applied conferences and journals, he is today a frequent invited speaker at industry events. His involvement in standard bodies led him to being appointed by ETSI (European Telecommunications Standards Institute) as the rapporteur for one of the major European electronic signature standards (ETSI TS 101 733 - CAdES).
Gautier Harmel, International Business Developer Director
Gautier joined Cryptolog at the beginning of 2010. He is an entrepreneur. Just after he graduated from his engineer school, he created the startup Qosmos, and spends over ten years to develop new markets for this innovative technology of Deep Packet Inspection (DIP). Just after this experience, he gets involved in digital identity sector and joins the founders of Ethertrust, as Marketing director.
Thanks to his studies and his passion for information technologies, Gautier has acquired strong technical skills, as well as a very good knowledge of the markets. From his experience, he is now specialised in business development for innovative companies.
Corinne David, Chief Financial Officer
Corinne David joins Cryptolog to provide her experience in finance and business management of SMEs. Alumna of the Ecole Normale Superieure and graduate from HEC, she quickly expressed her natural fascination for finance, by conducting much of her career in the banking sector (especially Natixis), where she began as an auditor. She joined Cryptolog as Chief Financial Officer in June 2010 after having spent ten years as head of finance of production companies (Gemini Films, Gedeon Programmes). At Cryptolog, her main task is to structure the accounting and financial processes while supporting the strong growth of the company.
