Julien Stern, CEO and co-founder
Julien created Cryptolog in 2001 with two associates. He is today the managing director.
Before starting this adventure, he carried out research in cryptology for several large companies, including IBM, AT&T, Intertrust and Lucent Technologies. He has a PhD in cryptology from the universities of Paris XI (Orsay) and Louvain-la-Neuve, and maintains close ties with the scientific communicity. Having published numerous papers in both theoretical and applied conferences and journals, he is today a frequent invited speaker at industry events. His involvement in standard bodies led him to being appointed by ETSI (European Telecommunications Standards Institute) as the rapporteur for one of the major European electronic signature standards (ETSI TS 101 733 - CAdES).
Marie Wattez, marketing and communication director
Marie joined the Cryptolog team at the beginning of 2009, after seven years managing the marketing and communication of Argon Consulting, supply chain consulting company. Before that, she worked in the industry as a project manager in change management, with the consulting companies IMPAC and IMR.
She is specialized in operational marketing, her mission is to promote the image of Cryptolog and to support its growth.
